Labour law after neoliberalism?

چکیده

Over the course of past 40 years, neoliberalism has all but destroyed institutions that once civilized labour markets. In wake destruction, law reform is being driven in some jurisdictions by a new kind right-wing populist politics. What does this hold store for work relations? Our investigation contemporary begins with brief look backwards to pre- and post-war decades ostensible depoliticization under neoliberalism. We then consider possible emergence distinctly approach countries including United States, Kingdom, Poland, drawing comparisons German experience after neocorporatism. Finally, we take normative turn what steps ought be taken government intent on addressing class inequalities restoring rights democracies conferred workers understood industrial citizens.
